1. How do I order?
You can order on your PC, Laptop, Tablet or Smart Phone.
2. Are there any joining fees or commitments?
You will need to be set up as an Acumendia Customer to take advantage of our offer, but we realise that you value your independence and we do not therefore impose any constraints on how you trade with us. 3. Is there a minimum drop or delivery charge?
The minimum order value (for all products excluding Cigarettes & Tobacco, Chilled & Frozen Foods) is £1,350.00 excluding VAT or the Euro equivalent at the time of placing your order.
The Chilled Foods minimum order value is £1,350 excluding VAT or the Euro equivalent at the time of placing your order.
The Frozen Foods minimum order value is £1,350 excluding VAT or the Euro equivalent at the time of placing your order.
There are no delivery charges. 4. How often can I order? How long does it take to arrive?
You can order as often as you like. The goods will normally arrive within 4-5 working days of placing your order. 5. How and when do I pay for the goods?
Payment via direct debit is normally due 45 days following delivery. Please contact our office to discuss alternative payment methods if the above is not suitable for you. 6. What if there are shortages or damages on my delivery?
It is unlikely that anything will be missing or damaged on your delivery because of the level of care we take to ensure that it arrives exactly as you expect it to. You can notify us of any shortages or damages up to 24 hours after your delivery, and we will endeavour to find out where and when the error occurred before getting back to you with a course of action (e.g. replace the goods or issue a credit note for the missing/damaged items).
7. How long does it take to get an account set up?
An account will be set up within 5 working days of receiving your details. |
